What hours will my employee work?

You choose! Most Citrus employees work a fixed 8-hour shift aligned to your U.S. time zone. We operate globally, so we can accommodate any time zone you require.

How do I communicate with my Citrus employee?

Most of our clients use Slack, Zoom, email, or WhatsApp. We’re flexible, your employee will use whatever communication tools your team already works with.

Who are the Citrus employees?

Citrus hires top talent—college-educated professionals from Pakistan with fluent English and experience in customer support, admin, sales, and operations. Every employee goes through a vetting process and is trained, monitored, and supported internally.

Can I work with Citrus from anywhere?
